Schedule an appointment

Whether you’re just gathering information or would like guided assistance with a tool, application or resource, OPERS has three appointment options to fit various needs and preferences.

  • Phone Counseling - For members who would like a scheduled call.
  • Virtual Counseling - For members who prefer Zoom meetings. This option requires access to a computer and webcam.
  • In-House Counseling - For members who prefer to meet in-person at the OPERS office.

Unscheduled Closings and Delays

If OPERS should experience an unscheduled closing or delay, we will post a notice on the home page of website and our social media channels.

In the event of a level two snow emergency, OPERS will implement a delayed opening. Should conditions warrant, the office may close. During a level three snow emergency, OPERS will be closed.
