The current targeted strategic allocation for the Fixed Income Asset Class is 34.0% for the Health Care Fund:

• Core Fixed sub asset class has a targeted allocation of 17% in the Health Care Fund
• TIPS sub asset class has a targeted allocation of 5% in the Health Care Fund
• Emerging Markets Debt sub asset class has a targeted allocation of 6% in the Health Care Fund
• Securitized Debt sub asset class has a targeted allocation of 1% in the Health Care Fund
• High Yield sub asset class has a targeted allocation of 3% in the Health Care Fund
• U.S. Treasury sub asset class has a targeted allocation of 9% in the Health Care Fund
