This annual plan is completed through the joint efforts of the management and staff of the Investment Division. The discipline and time taken to create the plan for the Investment Division is both appropriate and prudent.
This plan clearly delineates our goals against which the division's yearly performance is benchmarked and how OPERS will achieve those goals. The plan also establishes specific parameters against which other activities are measured to help OPERS focus on productivity.
